 This menu was printed on 100% recycled paper using soy-based ink. We donate all our waste fryer oil to a local Park Slope resident who uses it to power his biodiesel car. We use only non-toxic biodegradable “green” cleaning products to clean and disinfect our kitchen. We are also composting all of our food waste and looking into ways of reducing our energy and water consumption. Also, we encourage our customers to reuse our durable plastic-ware to store leftovers from Suki Sushi or from any meal. Our “to go” containers are made from a durable plastic that can be washed and reused like ordinary Tupperware. And remember, please don’t discard this menu. Save it and reuse it or… Recycle it!
